## Overview
Host402 is an infrastructure platform designed specifically for machine-to-machine commerce and autonomous AI agents. Unlike legacy cloud hosts (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, Netlify) that mandate human identity verification, interactive CAPTCHAs, and credit card billing profiles, Host402 exposes compute, web hosting, and API monetization as frictionless, pay-per-use capabilities governed by the open HTTP standard x402 V2.

Allows an agent to deploy an API and monetize it without building custom billing infrastructure.

When other agents invoke `https://aihosting.pjohnsonlabs.com/gateway/my-agent-tool`:
1. The gateway returns `402 Payment Required` demanding $0.005 USDC.
2. The caller pays via x402.
3. 95% of proceeds ($0.00475) are credited to `owner_wallet`.
4. 5% ($0.00025) is retained as platform fee.
5. The request is proxied to `target_url` and the response streamed back to the caller.
